Providing Legal Opinion and Affidavits of law
· I have provided affidavits of law on family and Divorce matters to Legal Aid Board , Ireland
· I have provided legal opinion on enforceability of foreign Judgment to different Solicitors firm in the UK including Nancy Khawam , Bookman Solicitors etc.
Drafting and statutory interpretation works
· Drafting Service Rules and Employment Manual for many banks and international companies such as National Bank of Pakistan, Grameen Uniqlo, William E Connor, Sami Direct Bangladesh, Moringo Nutrition Bangladesh etc .
· Worked as Sub contractor for translating Arbitration Rules of BGMEA.
· Provided affidavit of laws (Legal opinion provided under oath to be submitted in Court) to be submitted in Irish and English court on family law issues of Bangladesh on 3 separate occasions.
· Provided legal opinion on statutory interpretation to b submitted in US embassy.
· Regularly argue case before courts and provide opinion which involves statutory interpretation.
Major Transactional works
· Advised a Japanese apparel brand set up their retail operations and drafted 11 lease agreements for their 11 outlets in Bangladesh
· Advised a famous Bangladeshi construction firm in dispute with government in a 111-crore taka construction project.
· Advised a real estate firm in a dispute regarding construction of a satellite town and appeared in Arbitration as their counsel.
· Advised a power plant on EPC contract
· Advised a power plant on corporate restructure.
· Worked as lead counsel for M&A work for a cement factory.

Appeared and conducted neumerous Writ Petitions which have been heavily published in media.
A Writ Petition where the ADC Rangpur was called by High Court to appear.

Conducted and obtained bail for accused persons in Digital security case and Murder case.
